For smooth and efficient management, continuation, supervision /
monitoring of all the ongoing welfare & developmental activities of
our Organisation, there are: - (1) Board of Management / Executive
Committee, (2) General Body. The Board of Management of the
Organisation is
consisting of 11 Members
from almost all section (S.C, S.T & O.B.C.) with expertise &
experienced personnel. The first set up of the Board of Management is
continuing which will be re-constituted every three years. The
Meetings of the Executive Committee are held once in every quarter
to review and assess the development of performance of the
ongoing welfare activities run by the Organisation.
Besides, on any emergent issue, Special Meeting is also conducted as
per requirement.
The General Body of the Organisation is consisting of 21 nos. of
Members in which there is representation from all sections of the
society. The Meeting of the General Body is conducted once in a year
usually in the month of April of every year to assess and to review
the progress of the ongoing welfare activities. In the said Meeting,
the Annual Reports (both physical & financial) of the last
financial year are thoroughly discussed and after proper scrutiny,
these are approved for preparation of final reports by the concerned
persons assigned for the purpose. Besides, on any emergent issue,
Special Meeting is also conducted as per necessity of and interest of
the Organisation.
